Square Feet vs. Board Feet Pricing

Barn siding and flooring is sold by the square foot which is calculated by measuring the length and width.

Ex) 20 ft x 8 ft = 160 square feet @ $10 sf = $1600

Barn beams and dimensional lumber are sold by volume or board feet. Board foot is calculated using length, width and height measurements.

Ex) 8 in. x 8 in. x 10 ft. = 640/12= 53.3 board feet @ $10 bf = $533

Barn beams and dimensional lumber starts at $10 per board foot.

Barn siding starts at $10 per square foot.

Other dimensional lumber starts at $12 per board foot.

We only offer bulk sales so minimum orders are required.
