Shipping policy

Once material has been selected and invoice has been paid in full freight arrangements will be made. Most freight is shipped via LTL or FTL depending on size and quantity of material being shipped. Once loaded, items can be in transit as little as 3 to 5 days for FTL or 5 to 7 days for LTL.  Other factors beyond the control of Henry Timber Company, LLC can cause delays, however we do our best to keep our customers informed of any known delays.

IMPORTANT: RECEIVER MUST BE PREPARED TO UNLOAD MATERIAL. Material can be bulky and very heavy. Some orders may require the use of a fork lift or similar lifting device. If you cannot safely handle material please do not buy from Henry Timber Company, LLC. Your safety is more important to us than a sale. All material shipped FOB.

If material is not unloaded in a reasonable time-frame(ex. overnight is not reasonable) and/or has to return to the originating site, the material will not be re-delivered until return freight is paid in full and new freight fee is paid in full by the customer.
